    I have this camera footage with black rectangle on the left upper corner. There is no choice to clear masking in the settings. Any idea about it. I have the picture attached, Thanks.

    I have a issue with Dahua DH-SD6CA230TN-HNI. About 2 days ago there is a black rectangle on the top left of the camera footage. Other than it is functioning well and all the settings seem to be unchanged when there was no issue. Looking forward to how to begin troubleshoot and where to begin with. There is nothing much I can google about it. Thanks.
