Best mouse for a Zosi Security Camera System

Recently had installed a Zosi 8CH PoE home security camera system. Trying to use a Macally mouse to make choices on menu. Cursor does not move accurately - lags and hard to point to specific item on menu. Is there a corded or wireless mouse that would work better? I would prefer a corded mouse. Thanks. DCGG
