no 1 bought one unit then a year later it stopped working the unit asked for a admin password could not reset set it so ordered a new one after 6months the same happened again with the new box cannot reset these boxes so i am looking for a software update so there go back to factory settings , I have bought another unit now this one is doing the same

Hi can any one help, I bought a floureon cctv unit a while back , was happy with it until a year later the unit decided to turn it self off then when it restarted the admin password had changed ? we never changed it cameras stopped recording and the unit would not let us access the menu until the password was entered after 3 or 4 attempts it locked the account and said I must get a super password from the suppler , no joy there and no joy from floureon web site , I did remove the internal battery to force a hard reset , left for 2 days and set the unit back up / the unit still will not let me in with out this password , I have tried all factory passwords so decided just to buy another unit / that was fine for about 5months no problems then same happened to the new unit / this is also asking for a new password .. bought a new unit checked my internet security etc all ok this unit the 3rd one has been working fine for the same about 4-5 months now I am having problems with that £80 a go I have 3 units / I want to fix these but cannot find a download site to find the firmware to reflash the units .. I take it this is a common fault due to all forums I can find (with out hitting them with a hammer how do I flash them and fix them) what program do I need / ware do I find the software / can there be flashed using a HDMI or just the VGA lead I am getting frustrated as no one can help with a easy fix
