Not sure if I selected the right group to talk about this issue I have but I'm going to start anyway. Somewhere along the line on my icuc for channel surveillance I lost the admin password or could be that an ex of mine might have changed it and never told me. So I was looking for help to retrieve a password reset the password I think I have looked at 5,062 videos on YouTube and none of them worked. Then I read about downloading data onto my laptop using a SATA cord. Well my laptop does not recognize my hard drive when I plug it in to transfer. I would like to be able to download the footage off of the hard drive to view it and save it. Then I want to format the hard drive and put it back in new 8 channel DVR
