Tried everything and still not working. Any help would be appreciated. Long story short. I had the horizontal white lines on old Lorex 16c DVR (DV816-0). Replaced it with a brand new Lorex DVR (D251A6iB-Z) which Lorex said was compatible with my 1080p cameras (LBV2531T-C). Plugged in the DVR and got no picture, just a black screen with Lorex logo. Replaced the power adapter/supply from 12v3a, to a 12v10a and still no luck. I've checked power to all cameras and they all have power (infared light turns on). Checked power in Monoprice power supply and all LED's are on and all have power along with the plugs from the cameras. I'm at a loss and any help would be greatly appreciated!
