  1. The fix for not being able to view remote playback is actually very simple. The problem is not SwannView but actually a Android issue. Added security features removed permissions in the apps. To regain your permissions, open phone or tablet Settings. Then open Apps. Scroll down list to Swannview link app. Then select to permissions tab. Under removed permissions, select each desired to enable. If, select files and media andselect ALLOW. It's that simple. Do the same on each device, phone or tablet, voila, you're back in business.
