    that's strange i have the problem on my desktop and my laptop and the vga connection on the laptop can't be the problem but what resolution must i use in this case?

    Hello I have two jooan security camera's model JA-F10T-4-U and have the joolink app on my phone. I want to download video to my phone but i can'f figure out how to do that. Watching live and play things a few days ago is no problem. If somthing has happened and i want to share video recordings i do not know how to do that. Can anyone tell me more?
