  2. Loosing video on the outdoor vandal proof camera. Video is perfect during daytime, no issues but come around evening (when it starts to become dark), the video starts to go in and out. Anybody know what is causing this.

    I am helping a friend decide whether to replace GV 600 card (8 channel). The card is about 2 - 3 years old, don't know what version it is.

     

    He is looking to get new cameras and needs to know whether there is a upgraded model for the GV-600.

  5. I need to make recommendations for a jewelry retail store. The owner wants the best clarity. The cieling is about 8 feet high and the showcases are about 3 feet high. What he wants is to be able to see when a piece of jewelry is taken out and put on the showcase. The current system, the picture quality is not the best. The cameras pointing to the showcases, is kind of blurry.

     

    Thinking of recommending Nuvico NVDV3-8000N with 500 gb hard drive and some high end Nuvico cameras.

  9. If I get a 4 channel DVR, how can I view it internally in office on 4 different tv monitors(just to view only, same 4 screens on all the tv monitors). Should I just split the signal thru a distribution amplifier.
