    QVIS Genisys Nvr

    leonsmith2020 posted a topic in Digital Video Recorders

    Hi apologies if this has been covered before. I have a Qvis Genisys NVR, is there a way to reset this back to factory default? The username and password has been changed and no-one knows what it is. I have sent Qvis an email but they wont help because I am not a Trade Client. They have told me to find an Installer.
