in India this is what we use for CCTV cabling. The Coaxial bit is joined to a BNC connector and 2 of the small wires are used for power, if the camera has audio then the third will be used

I have a Prama (Indian) 5 mp analog camera setup. Have been getting these horizontal lines in 3 of the camera display. These are exposed to rain. Although they are under a shade and not under open sky. Earlier the line was barely visible only at night. But since it really rains a lot in Goa, India. Now the lines are visible in the day as well. See image. I am hoping this will get resolved with coax video ground loop isolator balun so ordered then.
