Hi Guys, does anyone know where to get some cctv planning templates & or documentation from. I have to streamline our systems here so that our reps can gather all the necessary informaton needed to prepare a plan of attack & costings to our clients. I'm sure that there must be documents that you just fill in like: Ceiling Heights, Cabling Access, Lighting Conditions,Distance of objects to be viewed, FPS of DVR, etc etc Would appreciate any help. Im in Australia, I have heard that they are exceptional, I haven't had pricing at this stage. We are looking for another DVR that we can interface our POS system with, currently we have interfaced to the Inspector DVR out of Russia, & are looking for another alternative.

Anyone else know?

Hi Guys, we are a leading POS Company in Australia & are wanting some advice on which DVR's have been successfully interfaced with POS. We have successfully interfaced with the base model Inspector Series Dvr & are finding that this is ok although the global speed of 100FPS & limited features eg. No Smart search capabilities & very old looking GUI are drawbacks. We do not want dumb technologies like text overlay boxes etc we want to be able to search eg. via product, via keywords eg. no sale, void, credit etc. I would appreciate any feedback that you can give me. P.S Also would appreciate feedback to my last post on the Aver Media NV7000
