GV800B - Bad quality on my DVR Card

Dear, I have ran into the same issu before and finally was convinced that its VGA driver/ActiveX issue I've tried the same machine using same card once with windows 7 and once with windows XP the picture looked betted on XP. my suggestion is to try either a newer driver or ultimately add a newer VGA card. Good luck, and let us know how it goes.
