  1. I am still a newbie but will try to help. First, determine what is the native resolution of your monitor. ex (1280 X 1024) From the manufacturer's website or manuals included with the monitor. Uninstall all the Geo software currently installed. Download the latest version of DirectX from Microsoft and install it. Download the latest version of the drivers for your video card and install it. Reinstall the Geo software using the native resolution of your monitor.

Are there issues with Internet Explorer 7?

Thanks for replying. I was able to resolve the issue. For some reason after installing the software for Multiview off of the website GeoEditAVIdll.dll was not getting copied to the installation folder for Multiview (C:\Program Files\v8200\DMMultiView). I did a search on my computer for GeoEditAVIdll.dll and found a copy of it in the Remote Viewlog installation folder (C:\Program Files\v8200\Remote Viewlog). I copied it over to the Multiview installation folder and tried to register the .dll using regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\v8200\DMMultiView\GeoEditAVIdll.dll" however a registration error popped up. In the past I remembered dragging a .dll to its .exe in troubleshooting a program that was not running. So I figured I'd give it a try. I dragged GeoEditAVIdll.dll to Multiview.exe to see if Multiview would run that way. An error popped up stating that I had the wrong screen resolution and it immediately closed. Well, at least it was running. I went on to the internet to see if it would run from there. Guess what, it ran perfectly. I don't know what step exactly fixed the problem, so I thought I would give details on everything I did. This may help someone in the future. Thanks
  3. Trying to watch LiveView over internet. 1 Window and 2 Window works just fine. Multiview does not work I installed the software but get an error message. "This application has failed to start because GeoEditAVIdll.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I have uninstalled and reinstalled sevral times but I am still getting the error. Has anyone ran into this problem? Thanks

Ideal setup for a GV-2008 card

A couple of questions about the GV-2008 card. 1) What is the ideal setup for a GV-2008 card? CPU:??? Motherboard\Motherboard Chipset:??? HardDrive:??? VideoCard:??? Internet Connection Speed:??? I've been looking at the GV-2008 and want to make sure that I pick out the right equipment that will fully utilize the power of the GV-2008 card. The reason I picked the GV-2008 card was that I want to be able to monitor my business over the internet. I want the live feed over the internet to be of the best quality with little or no skipped frames. 2) Is this possible with the GV-2008 card? 3) Can anyone recommend legitimate suppliers/dealers of the GV-2008 card in the United States? I don't want to get stuck with a pirated card.
