My client said he could remote normally for about 2 weeks, connecting with DVR Merit Lilin PDR6160A and D-Link ADSl modem, then one day his electricity was down, the next day he wanted to login, all the remote view menu(using IE) changed with the word "undefined" and not showing picture, anybody ever experienced this? thx

reboot the router didn't work, then when I looked at my DVR's network setting, it was in STATIC, then I changed to DHCP setting, and now I can remote even my PC is off. my ISP said that I will have static IP, but it turned out dynamic IP, wrong information Thank you for all your support

I have just set up my remote viewing for DVR AVC782 with Scientific Atlanta cable modem, split with D-Link router DL-604 and my PC. The problem is that I noticed I only can connect to my DVR AVC782 only when my PC is on(my PC is connected to D-Link router). I noticed I still can still remote view after I shut down my computer for about , after that I can not remote view anymore. If I immediately switched on my PC, I can see my DVR online again. I used port forwarding and use dyndns as well, Can anyone help me how to set my DVR online even my PC is switched off, thx

I was unable to download 3G Software(SUpervisor) by AVtech with my Blackberry Bold(9000), It says 'Download failed', and the details says "905 Attribute Mismatch, Cannot use security attribute:MIDlet-Certificate-1-2" I was able to download EagleEye but unable to use it, everytime I try to log in it will only display "Sys. Login..." Anybody know how to fix them? Thx

My mistake with the Video Server E, I thought it's just the new look, I just realised I'm using VideoViewer Your site works fine with my mobile phone using Supervisor I can still change my DVR to AVC760 and use the Video Server E, did u use static,PPPoe, or dhcp? Can u please me tell me other important steps I need to change?

Please help me cctvforum members, I have DVR AVC760AS, ADSl router D-Link DSL-2540T, Mobile phone Nokia N95 I have already managed to view remotely thorugh Internet using Video Server E/ Explorer( using static IP option), thank's to this forum, but I still having trouble using the 3G software/Supervisor. It says "uhandled exception" when I use port 80, then I changed to port 1320, it says "Log in procedure failed" Which Network setting do I have to use to view in mobile phone? Static? PPPoe? or DHCP? Please help me......
