    HI CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE... MY SETUP IS WITH HIKVISION AN THE PEOPLE WHO INSTALLED IT ALSO INSTALLED IT ON MY SONS MOBILE WITH THERE APP HIK CONNECT. MY SON LOST HIS MOBILE AN ALL THE DETAILS TO GET INTO THE APP AN HIK ONLY ALLOW ONE ACCOUNT WITH THE DEVICE AN WE CANT CLOSE THE ACCOUNT SO WE COULD OPEN A NEW ONE WITH THERE APP... IS IT POSSIBLE CAUSE WE CAN STILL GET INTO THE DVR (HIKVISION) TO OPEN WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHO ALSO HAS AN APP BUT NOTHING TO DO WITH HIKVISION BUT STILL USE THERE DVR...BASICALLY SET UP A NEW APP WITH DVR SO WE CAN SEE IT ONLINE AN WHAT APP CAN WE DO IT WITH AN HOW TO GO ABOUT IT. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME AN IVE ENCLOSED SOME PICTURES TO HOPEFULLY GET SOME WERE WITH THIS PROBLEM CAUSE IM ABOUT TO TAKE A HAMMER TO IT HAHAHA
