Multiple Geovision sites

Hello GeoVision experts!

 

I have to seperate sites, each connected to the internet, and running geovision software. Both sites use then web service, in order to allow connection to them to view live or recored feeds.

 

I can connect to a site via the browser, and then add the other site, and then manually open the additional cameras in the view.

The problem is, that each time I connect to a site, I have to manually connect to the other one, and place each channel in a view.

 

I want to automatically open all cameras (6 from siteA and 4 from siteB) on the same view, without having to do too much operations.

 

Is that possible?

In MultiView you can create a Multiple Host server to connect to.

 

Click on Edit Host

Click on New Host

Click on Multiple Host

Give the "Site" a Host Name

Click Edit next to each camera and add in the details.

 

OR

 

Arrange the View you want. Click on Save Camera to Multiple Host

Another question though,

After creating the new host server and arranging the cameras, is there a way to make multiview open this view as default?

Also, how can I make it available on several computers, without creating it on each of them, or transferring the ini file to them?

The only way I know to copy them is to Export the host under the Hosts screen, and Import the file into the next Hosts screen
