Geovision GV-800 slowing network down.

I have a GV-800 16 channel card. Using a netopia 3347 router with appropriate pinholes/ports opened to allow viewing from the web. When my system is on it brings the network to almost a grinding halt. Paying for 6mb and only getting 1. Once the system is shutdown the bandwidth picks back up. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing similiar problem and if so could you resolve it.

I do have the same problem, I don’t know what to do, I try different setting nothing change, keep a post, thanks
