Problems using remote Viewlog on ver 8.2

When I tried to connect remotely using remote viewlog application, I got an error after Initial Database bar is loaded:

 

 

"Unable to locate database. Please verify and try again"

 

 

This happens only when I tried to connect outside the lan.

Locally does not fail.

 

The port 5552 is open and redirected correctly.

 

Any Idea ?
