New DVR recommendations

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I have an old LJD Deltawave DVR with a single analogue camera. Unfortunately it seems to have failed; after a few hours it seems to crash (lots of distortion on the display). I've opened it up, no obvious sign of problems, I tested and wiped the hard disk, and that hasn't helped. So I guess it's time to replace it.

Can anyone recommend a basic DVR for my purposes ? I just need motion detection which works. It would be useful if I could login to it remotely and download video files off it.
