Dell poweredge 840 system

Hello all... Have any body used the Dell poweredge 840 system with the Geo card ? Can this be done? I just purchase the system from Dell and interest to make it into a pc dvr with Geo card (s). Thanks for any input. The spec of the poweredge is :
