What is wrong with the DIPMAP servers? Can't Geo fix it?

Recommended Posts

Once again, many customers are calling with dipmap problems. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Why can't they get it working properly? IS it that hard to configure this with some reliability for the thousands of customers?

Very dissappointed!

don't want to be too negative, but guys it's a free service ! (that's probably why they do not spend too much time and money on it). It's great for testing and if a customer wants to use it, fine. Just explain it's free and not guaranteed.

You want someting stable, use a commercial solutions, they host their services in datacenters on a backbone ... and do work 99,99% of the time.
