Scruit 0 Posted April 23, 2009 I'm having trouble with a Philips LTC 0829/20ND PTZ camera. The video image is messed up, vertical hold issues and lots of flickering sideways. The onscreen text during startup is also affected, so the problem is after the overlay circuitry. I have taken the camera down and attached it to a different monitor and different power supply and the problem still exists. Any ideas? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
