lnkaye 0 Posted May 13, 2009 I recently set up a new system with an outdoor PTZ camera and an h.264 dvr (standalone). At first, the PTZ control from the remote viewer/station would work only intermittently over the internet. Now for the last 5 days, it quit working altogether. We can PTZ fine locally using the dvr mouse/remote. I can view everything remotely, even search through recordings and play them back. I re-checked the RS comm cable connections. Still no help. The manufacturer is stumped by this. Anyone have any ideas? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

shoreviewsecurity 0 Posted May 18, 2009 Are you still having problems?? What kind of DVR? Can you control the PTZ via the local network??
