My 787 int..123 than again int..123 but menu doesn't start I have also removed hdd but problame doesn't solved

Try to do a hard reset. although it certainly does not help. to download firmware directly into the chip.

likely a hardware problem, when testing one of the devices does not respond as necessary

Is the DVR booting up properly?

 

Do you have video?

 

Are you only having problems getting in to the menu?

ya only menu problame 16 ch screen comes on tv than m/c is int.... no menu comes on the screen or not getting video on lan

There is a lock out for the menu.

 

I forget what the procedure is. Check your manual.

 

It will be something like pressing menu, and enter at the same time.

 

This will "open up" access to buttons on the front panel.

If you have done a hardware reset, then the default password is 0000.

 

Press the ENTER button 4 times, and that should get you in to the menu.

Nothing changes pls suggest that firmware upgrade will solved this problame!!!!

A firmware will not resolve this issue.

 

You have a chip failure, and the board needs to be replaced.
