Kodicom Diginet 5.2 Problems

Hello,

 

i bought the Software Diginet 5.2 a few month ago.

Now i want to use the WebDVR over Internet Explorer in Local Network and over Internet but i can´t login.

Ports are default by installation and all ports are forwarded in the Router.

 

The error are first, that in Row 145 the second Column a wrong number of Arguments or invalid properties allocation(its a translation from my German Error)

in webdvr-html.

After press OK the window closed...

There are no prompt for installing a ActiveX Element.

The same Error i have if i want to Login in the XOS Online-Demo on SaySecurity Website.

 

What can it be and how i can solve it?

 

Please Help and if you need more Information i will give.

PS: in the older Diginet 4.13 it was all ok.

 

PPS: a email to the support of DVRUSA/Saysecurity was without answer until now

Hi,

 

sorry, but i don´t have time for this support-Email.

I´ve wrote lots of email to this Support account and to Jon too, without any answers.

 

I buyed the Software from Jon Such via Email Contact and payed per PayPal. But i haven´t get a Ordernumber or an Invoice...

I have only all emails.

 

And i´m sorry, it wasn´t DVRUSA, it was ASGDVR in Contact.

Wow, i started this thread and now i get an answer after 3 months,

ok, on 8.10.2009 i send the email again...

I have answered the Support, he should look in his Spam Folder

 

Ok, now i hope for help...

 

My Ports are open, because i have my own Sites on this Webserver and i can get a connection through the Client-Software of Diginet to the Diginet Server.

So it seems all ok and works.

And, how i said, Diginet 4.13 works ok but not 5.2

 

But, if i want to use the IE so i get after the Login-Site this Errors i´vt postet.The IE will start again but nothing happens.

Sometimes it seems, that the ActiveX Control will be installed but it isn´t.

The same is with the Online XOS Demo.

 

 

I will see that i get Screenshots from different Computer.

We sent our answer to you almost 3 months ago by email. You never answered back until you posted on this open Forum. Please work with our support department via email.

Yes, i have get answers. But about an other Problem...

This Topic-Problem where not answered until Yesterday through my mail from 8.10.09

 

But now i hope, that Dustin can find the Bug or Problem...

So,

 

thanks for no help and no response from Support.

I´ve changed my System an the Money i´ve payed for Diginet5.2 to be clean from a cracked i have learned the hard way.

 

if anyone have a runnging System, don´t changeto Diginet 5.2 and pay for it. that´s my cognition.
