atomb 0 Posted October 24, 2009 Hi, I was hoping to get some insight I live at apartment bldg in the bronx and the property manager asked me if i wanted to install a sytem frot he building. They want something decent and they are budget minded. Its going to be a 3 camera sytem with remote view offsite. the cameras need to work in low light and my budget I have the dvr and i need to buy 2 cameras for low light my budget is 350-400 for each camera and they need to be vandal proof as well as see in very low light - Im having ahard time figuring out what to get please help .
