problems with internet explorer

I am so tired of my clients calling me about not being able to log on.I can log on using Control Centre to all sites , but some of them from time to time cannot be reached via internet explorer,

At the moment I have 2x that wont work, I can get through with C.C. though,nither of them have had any changes made to them and updates have been turned off since day one, they run on XP, my clients use XP and vista to access the DVR's , any ideas

what problem you see with internet explorer and is your client using it for remoteview?

what is the version of Internet explorer?
