Saito 0 Posted February 19, 2010 Hello. My name is Saito. This is the first post! I plan to install Milestone XProtect Enterprise with a vivotek PT7137 camera. I can see the camera image through IE and add the camera into the system thogh, XProtect Recording Server cannot recieve any image from the camera. I guess it might be network problem. Tisko 0 Posted March 3, 2010 Make sure that your Milestone software is up to date. I purchased an encoder not to long ago to work with a Milestone Trial software because it was listed on Milestone compatible devices, but the software was out of date so I could not get it to work until I updated.
