cat5 cctv ghosting

i have a 15 cam instalation wired in cat5 using balum's and where im sending 2 cams down the same cable but on different pairs im gettng slight ghosting note quite rolling my voltage is up at 11.89v dc at the field end does any one know how to stop this???
