JUST INSTALLED AVTECH AVC756...PROBLEM WITH IMAGE ONLY B&W

Recommended Posts

So I ordered my AVTECH DVR model avc756 online along with 8 cameras. The install guy came in today and set everything up but when we went to test it out the image came out in black and white. Pressing enter 4 times is probably in user mode. Make sure you enter as an admin.

Default Admin password should be 0000

I dont know that particular DVR but try just hitting the stop button on the DVR. Or go into the menu and look for Recording and then look for stop in that sub menu. If you disconnect or power down all cameras and reboot the DVR, then it may also stop recording.

Problem Resolved!!!

All I did was turn the unit off and right when it powered back it adjusted the settings on it's own. I messed with all the recording setings on the menu before. Let's hope it still records
