Multiview problem 8.3.2

I used to have version 8.31 and was working fine, but i did format my drive, and put the new versoin 8.32

set it up the same way i always have in the past.

check the router which was not changed at all ofcource.

 

now everytime i try to remote access the cameras, it does connect fine, but no pic comes on, it says no privilage.

 

I know know why, and have no idea where to begin trouble shooting, thanks

Hello Ghazi,

 

No privilage should come from user & password setting make sure user name and passwords are still the same or just creat a test one and try but first make sure remote view works fine on your geovision system
