please help me what the perfect idea for the power supply and the video signal for 50 m distance between the cameras and dvr.

what the ups that j need it for operat the system about 1 hour

You either use local power supply (power near the camera with say few meters) or 24V AC and drop down to 12V DC. Alternatively, use 24V AC cameras.

 

Are you referring UPS powering cameras and DVRs ?
