Netavis observer over Panasonic IPcam WV-NS202

Hi,

Guys I've been working with different CCTV systems for years but this is my first time to handle netavis software. I have a problem controlling Panasonic PTZ IPcam WV-NS202 using Netavis. When I activate PTZ control and start to control it, the camera moves to extreme left position and fully zooms. I did'nt encounter any problem controlling these series of IP cameras using web browser. It only happens when I control them using netavis.

I don't have enough time to figure out the problem, that's why I'm asking for your help. Maybe some of you guys encountered the same problem before. My Panasonic IPcam firmware Version is "1.10PB" , using netavis observer2, Java Version 1.4,. Maybe the setting of the camera? setting in netavis? upgrade a firmware? I will really appreciate your ideas. thanks.
