I'm new to CCTV's. I'm looking for some advice.

 

First of all, I would like to ask if it's legal to install an outdoor camera in Canada on your own property.

 

I'm wondering what the cheapest way would be to install an outdoor camera with a DVR.

 

What is the easiest way to install a camera without having to drill through walls? I assume you would have to run cables, but are they rain proof?

 

Also, what is the difference between an internet camera and a closed circuit.

 

How easy is it to install for beginners?
