warby23 0 Posted October 7, 2010 Hi, I have recently purchased and installed a Henelec 9008B 8 Channel DVR and wisely left the operating/instruction manual with my dad for safe keeping!! We have had some footage that we now want to back up to computer for reference at a later date but I am having trouble backing up the files to both PC/Laptop & USB drive. My questions are as follows: 1. does anyone know where I can download the instruction manual for this device so that I can try and work out where my errors are? 2. can anyone offer advice on how I can backup my files? i have listed my issues below: I can log into the dvr via the ethernet outlet and view the files on my laptop but when I click the backup button I get an error like in the attachement. When I insert a USB drive into the back of the unit I am unsure how to backup to that drive (the monitor that it is connected to isn't viewable from the dvr location - stupid of me i know but I am working on getting an alternative monitor so that I can use the remote control if i get the instructions) Thanks for any help given John Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
