Help needed

Hi all,

 

I am having problems with the NV5000. I am using a Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo mainboard with a Intel G41 Chipset. I am using Windows7 Home Basic. The version of NV software is 7.7.0.0055SP3. According to the supplier it is all fine to run it like that but the machine keeps freezing. Can anybody assist me with this problem.

Hi angus. if you are not using more than 4 ip cameras then i would use 7.5.0.0017 software. see if that works. also on that card you need a watchdog cable from card to motherboard if you need the software let me know by pm.

The cameras are freezing and you cannot do anything with the software apart from restting the pc. That is the problem, there is no logs in windows or the NV software.
