Do any of the available Android cam viewer apps support the 2-way audio features of ACTi netowrk cameras? Has anyone found a mobile viewing solution with two-way audio for ACTi cams?

Specifically the ACM 1232, 1231.

Nope.

 

But even the Mobotix cams require an Active-X control... so it's IE only.

While the IP Cam Viewer app does not support it, you could check with the author. He has been very good about adding features.

+1 on IP Cam Viewer. I've corresponded with the author to request several features (add camera support, add stream options, etc.). He may need access to the camera to add features for it though.
