keyboard joystick connection lost

hi,

gud evening to every one,im maintaining the ptz system in our company,we are using 5 pelco ptz for monitoring,just only last night,one ptz zoom cannot control from the keyboard joystick,ill check all wiring but everything is good,it is electronically problem from the camera itself or what?

any help is highly appreciated

still lurking to this forum of any help to fixed this problem about to this generic PTZ.

The last time i'll check again this dome,some noise coming from pan and tilt motor,and some vibration from the camera head.

 

I'll try to change some parts from our old unit for experiment,many thanks for your concern.
