diavolo_78 0 Posted December 5, 2011 Hi all, I am an Italian user and I need help from you . a few months ago I purchased online a standalone dvr brand Raysharp D9104BG model , H264 , 4 channels , my problem and I would like to upgrade the firmware because I can not visuallizzare images on Internet Explorer 9. My computer has the operating system Windows Seven Ultimate x64 , I tried in all ways with different configurations but the images are not seen. I enabled all the ActiveX controls but nothing to do. My dealer can not find him to help me then ask you if you can help me. The firmware I should be with the Italian language . DVR will list the data : Brand raysharp Modell D9104bg 4ch h264 firmware version V1.8-20110103 IE version 2.1.337.0 hardware version DM-70B Keyboard Version DK-16keys. shankarsha 0 Posted December 18, 2011 Hey Bro, most of the low end DVR's not upgraded to play on IE9. Instead of banging your head, try downgrade IE 9 to IE8. Your problem solved. Don't try firmware update which doesn't change any. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
