I got a problem with a KPD676 DVR, when I try to access it remotely using Firefox or Safari, the quad view or multiple camera view function does not work (Quickview does not support this function will appear on the screen). But it work normally when I access it via Internet Explorer (ActiveX), is this normal with this model? My client is comparing it with the KPD677 which functions normally either by Firefox, safari or Internet Explorer. Any feedback from fellow forumer will be highly appreciated.
