Qvis Apollo network access question

Hello,

I know the Apollo has remote capabilities over the internet, but can I access this over my network without getting on the internet?

 

Reason for this:

Our TV is a plasma, so we cant view the DVR menus for very long without causing screen burn in. We arent buying another TV just for this.

 

We have cable that restricts how much data we can use over the internet per month, so I would rather just stream it within our own intranet.

 

Accessing the DVR locally on our laptops would solve both problems.

Yes u sure can. U can view over the local network just fine without ever going on the internet.

Thanks, I am considering the new firmware as well, have you had any problems with the Dahua update on the Apollo?

 

I have HDMI, so it should work, but I thought I would make sure first.
