Thanks! hi. you will need to drop your FPS down to 3.5fps to get higher resolution settings to change. you should just be having this problem when viewing recorded footage ??? live viewing is set at 704x480. if you mean remote via mobile then your unit will only do cif. I called tech support and they told me their software is hard-coded to only allow 352x240. This is contradictory to what the documentation says. I think they need a software update!
