christhomas861 0 Posted July 10, 2012 I have a 16 channel PCI DVR card that works pretty well, but I can't figure out how to get the software to add more than 8 presets or perform touring The DVR software is called "Eyeonet". Software version appears to be 5.1.0.0. A similar software called "Eyemax" also seems to work with it, but is still not doing what I need. The manual states that I'm supposed to be able to set 256 presets, set up tours, etc. and the cameras DO support more than 8 presets. But when I go to add the ninth preset, the software gives me this silly engrish error "That can be preset to set in the range". Whatever that means. The touring button does absolutely nothing. I can use PTZ Controller and get everything going, but I think that is a pretty sorry work-around, since it hinders me when I want to move the cameras around inside the DVR software. Any ideas?
