camera settings (GANZ )

Hi all have a problem with the menu on ganz C-DN2X30P-W i cant get the camera menu with my dvr (robox n6 1u ) i think it is a dahua,

have also used the ptz controller on the pc i get the RUN but cant find a way how to start it ,

do you think any pelco D controller would open the menu,

im a bit green on this side of things,

any help please,
