connection problem

hi.

 

I have a problem with the connection from my DVR 4ch.

 

the time of entering the webservice from the lan I can ingrear all good.

 

but when entering outside the lan did not find anything.

 

xxxxx.dvrdns.org introdusco the address: 8080 and the page shows nothing.

 

these are the settings of DVR:

 

ip : 192.168.1.108

mas: 255.255.255.0

puerta enlace : 192.168.1.1

 

service port: 37777

udp port : 37778

http port : 80

 

my open ports

Hi firstly your English is very good.

I can see the ports that you have opened and forwarded to the DVR but it doesn't seem like you have forwarded the http port although this will be open by default you still need to direct incoming internet connections to the DVR.

I hope this makes sense.

Hablo espanol y conozco el DVR que ud. tiene. El problema esta con los ports que ud. ha puesto.

 

En la primera linea de los ports en su router, tiene start port/end port de 8080, pero el start port/end port asignado a su IP address es 80. Tiene que cambiarlo para que sean iguales. (i.e pon el port de 8080 despues de su IP address.)

 

Despues de cambiar los ajustes, verifique que los ports estan abiertos. Puede ir al yougetsignal.com y escoger "Port Forwarding Tester." Primero, pon 8080 en el port y segundo 37777. Si los dos estan "abiertos" esta bien.

 

Cuando lo ha hecho, puede acesar su DVR en su red local llendo a http://192.168.1.108:8080

 

Desde afuera de su red local, lo puede acesar llendo a http://xxxxx.dvrdns.org:8080
