dvr remotes and lost software to master reset

hello all

i have been trying for some time to find out how to either reset

a eyemax dvr or find a remote control for it. and i ve asked and google every way i can think of to get some were. i have think found the software after a employee left us without the password

and remote, bestguard which supports them can not tell me were

to find a remote ??????????????? so i am hoping someone here

will read this and maybe give me more info. its a eyemax GD04

made in korea.
