Hikvision 7200 series email settings problem

Hi, I am owner of Hikvision 7204 DVR and havig some trouble to send test email using these settings:

 

SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com

Username: my gmail email

Password: my gmail password

Port: Either 465 or 587 is not working

Use SSL: Yes

 

DVR is correctly connected to internet. Any ideas folks?

Could you post a screen shot of the email setting screen?

 

The manual doesn't show anything about email setting.

Looks rge way it's supposed to be.

 

Try without Server Authentication.

 

Try this as the Smtp Server: 174.194.76.108

I am having same results with server on IP that You provided. With autentification off.

 

I tried to turn it off on gmails smtp server, but thete is no chance that their server allow You to connect to it without an authentification.

 

Getting crazy here.

I have the same problem! Do you already have a solution for this?

 

I tried different email accounts, Smtp servers and smtp ports but no results.
