Cannot Access my DVR through Internet Explorer

Dear Forum Members,

 

These days i am searching for a solution for my DVR. When ever i try to log through internet explorer it says login failed. But previously it worked in IE. one month back only started to pop up this message then i thought this is because another machine browser was browsing same DVR. But that not the reason. What could be the reason? Please share with ur valuable experience. And Please find below my trouble shootings.

 

1. Cannot log even from IP address of DVR.

2. Access page come (Up to User Name and Password) but when i give username password messgae appears login failed.

3. I changed the password and tried but results was same.

4. I checked from other users machine too. Same results.

4. I can log through Google chrome. But in Google chrome camera shows one by one and not entire cameras at once in a single window.

Check the ActiveX controls in IE under tools->internet options->security->custom level, if any is disabled change it to “prompt” or “enable” if that option is no available.
