Web Service

When I try to set the Pic Path or REC Path on the Web Service I get a error " Failed to Set "

I am logged in as admin if that matters.

Is there a way to set the path?

 

Also I see people using Web Service 3.0. Is that something that needs to be in the firmware to use or just a download.

My DVR shows 2.1.7.72
