Diginet Center Circular recording

Recommended Posts

I have Diginet Center (Legal Copy) and for the life of me can not figure out how to get circular recording, all I can get is reallocation of disk space when the disk are full. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To setup circular recording in Diginet Site,

do the following :-

Setup->System Setup->Backup Settings

Add a new schedule, put in a title, select rotate option to be weekly, Add media (add C drive or any other drive not designated as a kdb drive), ensure overwrite mode is ticked.

Then click Add to complete.

yhyau , thanks in advanced

i think there is something wrong with my hdd allocation

i am using 160 hdd currently , and my harddisk space allocation is

10G for windows XP

150G for KDB files

(only 2 logical dirves)

there will be 99% space left shonw on my Diginet site screen everytime after i reallocate those spaces ..,but ..after 3 months , it become 0%

then no more recording...

so... would you mind telling me how you allocate those spaces to make the system runs under circ recording..?

after i follow the steps u posted , will the hdd remaning become 99% --> 0% ---> 99% again ?

sorry for my terrible english . i am from malaysia

hopefully u understad what i am saying

tthanks
